Keystone Fiberglass Pins

Keystone’s patented pin system features high-strength, pultruded fiberglass pins that function as true shear connectors, geogrid proof positive holders, and as an alignment device, all in one piece.

With a minimum short beam shear strength of 6400 psi, durable and rust-proof Keystone fiberglass pins ensure easy alignment and a positive mechanical connection every time. 

KEYSpacer

The Keystone KEYSpacer™ was specially designed for positioning Compac and Keystone Standard pinned units.  After placing the legs of the spacer into the pin holes of adjoining Keystone units, the 12” on center span of the KEYSpacer will accurately set the two units in the correct position in either curves or straight alignments.

KEYLifter

The Keystone KEYLifter™ is specially designed for lifting and placing Keystone pinned units (Compac and Standard, Series I and II). With two KEYlifters placed into the paired holes in the Keystone unit, two people can lift with equal distribution of the load.  The upward handle permits unit placement without injuring your knuckles.).

Keystone SimpleSET

Keystone SimpleSET™ is comprised of a spreader bar with cables and pins which are configured to suspend from the arm of a track hoe machine or boom equipped skid steer.  It is non-hydraulic and can lift units in any pallet layout.  The SimpleSET lifts with a friction connection device from the pin holes of either Standard or Compac Units, Series I and II.

KeySET

KeySET™ is the ultimate piece of equipment that enables you to grab, lift, and set three Keystone Standard units simultaneously. No special rearranging of units is necessary because the units are picked off the pallet the way they are already configured, bringing them into alignment and setting them at the wall.
